Emma Boad

Emma has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession.  She previously practised in the United Kingdom in the areas of property and family law.  

In September 2010, Emma was admitted to the Auckland High Court.  Her first role in NZ was assisting with a number of civil dispute matters arising from the blue-chip collapse, obtaining positive results. In her most recent role, Emma worked as a property solicitor for six years.

At Denham Bramwell, Emma can assist you with residential and commercial property matters, as well as business-related matters.

Emma is friendly and approachable. She enjoys helping her clients obtain their desired outcomes with the least amount of stress possible.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, baking and gardening.
