Pahul Kaur

Pahul works alongside Anna Fuiava in our civil litigation team, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous role at a Hamilton law firm. She regularly represents clients in court and provides comprehensive legal advice across a range of disputes. In addition to her civil litigation expertise, Pahul has practised in family law.

Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, Pahul enjoys supporting clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring her empathetic and professional approach makes legal processes more accessible. Passionate about giving back, Pahul is committed to making a positive impact within the community.

Pahul holds a law degree from Melbourne, Australia, and is dual-qualified under the Trans-Tasman Agreement, allowing her to practise in both Australia and New Zealand.

Outside of work, she enjoys trying new Italian restaurants, playing badminton socially, and travelling the world with her husband.
